Are you looking for a cacao ceremony in Amsterdam that will leave you feeling more connected and inspired? You are in the right place, welcome to the healing space of Soulsome Cacao.
This cocoa-filled community is run by us, two Finnish women called Iina and Titta, hosting ceremonies and women's circles in Amsterdam and its surroundings. Our gatherings are a combination of self-reflection and deep diving into your inner experience as well as connecting with others. We are both deep thinkers and feelers whose calling is to guide and help others, which was the reason we started creating ceremonial spaces in the first place.
We both have our own talents – Iina is a dancer and Titta an energy healer – and we love to bring them to our ceremonies. Every session is different and consists of different practices like meditation, movement, dance, yoga, somatic exercises, energy healing and sound. We like to get creative and experiment with various themes and concepts – whether it will be a regular cacao ceremony, a womb healing session or an embodiment workshop, you can be sure to have a profound experience with new insights to take with you. We love to inspire people to think in new ways, cultivate more self-love and compassion and find new tools for empowerment and healing.
Our ceremonies serve as a reminder that even though we live in a fast-paced and sometimes chaotic world, you can still find peace inside and tap into the magic of life that lies in front of us – in the sacred moments, but also in the most mundane ones. Our mission is to bring you back to yourself, to the realization that you are a powerful being. We want to bring people back to the most important connection there is – the connection to our own hearts.

I have been to a few ceremonies held by these two genuine and warm-hearted healers: Titta and Iina. I was always feeling deeply supported, seen, and held in a safe space. I can not be grateful enough for their guidance during these powerful journeys of self-discovery, where I am encouraged and helped to release my emotional or energetic blockages and connect with my intuition. The preparation and structure of their ceremonies is great, you know what to expect and never feel pushed or judged.
I keep being surprised how well they are prepared for the ceremonies with attention to every detail. It is clear that they have done extensive research for each topic and their knowledge comes from trusted sources combined with their inner wisdom. (Even their cacao is coming from sustainable farms in their most natural form - and VERY tasty :)
