Of het nou in een grote loods met beukende elektronische muziek is of in het park op blote voeten in het gras onder begeleiding van live muziek. Dansen is helend! Wij zien dansen als medicijn. Dans geeft je de mogelijkheid om uit de woorden te gaan, contact te maken met je lichaam en jezelf uit te ontdekken via beweging. Vanuit de spontaniteit van de dans kunnen we contact maken en uiting geven aan delen van onszelf waar we normaal gesproken moeilijk bij kunnen. Zo kunnen we elkaar in oprechtheid ontmoeten en vorm geven aan wat er in ons wilt bewegen, helen en leven.
