Women's Circle: Womb Healing & Cacao Ceremony

In this transformational women’s circle we will connect to the wisdom of the womb and embrace the softer side of the yin and yang – our feminine energy.

Have you ever been called overly emotional when you were just authentically expressing your feelings? We have been there too... It is not easy to be a woman sometimes when our culture still values mainly logic and structure. Many times there is no room left for being soft and intuitive; showing emotions is often seen as a weakness. Our ability to connect to our feelings and intuition are actually our strengths! That is why we wanted to create this container for women to come together to be, feel and embody our feminine power.

As women, we are powerful beings. We can grow new life in our wombs. Our wombs are a sacred space, the home to our deepest essence as women. Our wombs are also very sensitive; they are like sponges, taking in the energies of those we interact with intimately. Sometimes our wombs carry other people’s energies for years if not cleared properly. This can make us feel stuck in our intimate lives and it can be hard to let go of people who already belong to our past. This is why it is important to take care of your womb; to give it enough love and clear it from old energies from time to time. Self-love doesn't only live in the heart but also in the womb; the more you care for your womb, the more self-love you accumulate.

During this evening you will give yourself and your womb a nurturing experience. Let the ceremonial cacao open your heart, embody your feminine through dance, and receive healing and purification for your womb. We will work in a safe group setting where you can be yourself while being supported by other women.

The circle will consist of the following parts:

❦ Empowering womb meditation and energy healing & clearing
❦ Sharing circle
❦ Closing

If we have enough time after the ceremony, we would love to stay together a little longer so that you can ask questions, connect with other participants and pull a tarot card for more guidance.

Cacao Ceremony

When we work with the womb, we want to be connected to our hearts. That is why we are going to start the circle with a cup of ceremonial cacao. Cacao is a sacred plant-medicine that opens and expands the heart space, and this further helps us to connect with our womb from the state of unconditional love. Used for thousands of years by the ancient civilisations in Southern and Central America, it is a great tool for inner growth, relaxation and self-inquiry.

In this ceremony we will focus on softening up our body, mind and heart. You have a moment to set an intention for the evening, connect and share with other participants and let cacao gently open your heart.

If it will be your first experience with cacao, we will make sure everyone has all the needed information to help everyone to relax and surrender to cacao’s warm embrace.

Movement/Chakra Dance

After drinking the ceremonial cacao you will be guided to gently warm up and move your body with easy movements and stretches. Slowly you will connect with the music and your sacral chakra which is connected to the womb. Through this chakra you become aware of what is alive within you and let your emotions be the catalyst of your movements. This is a moment to embody and express your unique expression of the feminine which is all about letting life energy, emotions and creativity flow through you. You will receive subtle, verbal guidance during the session, but the emphasis is on moving in your own terms and interpretations. Let your sacral chakra guide you softly and gracefully so that any stagnant emotions can be set into movement and finally released.

Womb Clearing Meditation & Energy Healing

In this part of the evening we are going to get comfortable and lie down. We will go into meditation and journey inwards to clear the womb space from old energies and to cut any unnecessary energetic cords that are attached to your womb. At the end of the session, you will receive a brief hands-on energy healing to activate the womb to its highest frequency potential. We will finish the session with a nurturing sound bath.

Your hosts

We are Iina and Titta, two Finnish women who share the passion of helping people to live more from their hearts. We have been working with cacao for some years and love to share it with others. Our cacao circles have become powerful containers for healing, individually and on a group level.

Titta is a trauma-informed yoga teacher and energy healer. She started exploring holistic lifestyle 6 years ago and is passionate about helping others to discover more natural ways of living. Healing the womb and the connection to the feminine has become an important topic in her life in the past years. She has done work to become empowered as a woman by recovering from codependency, finding embodiment through dance and other practices, healing her relationship to men and clearing her womb space through energy and boundary work. Now she feels called to create spaces where other women can embrace their feminine essence and connection to the womb. Her energy healing sessions are a combination of different methods like Reiki, shamanistic practices and 15-dimensional aura clearing.

As a deep thinker and an empath, recent years have led Iina on a profound path of self-discovery and reflection. Mother Cacao, a gentle plant medicine and a wonderful spirit, has become a major guide and an ally on Iina's healing journey by time after time allowing her to drop into the heart space and access ancient wisdom that she believes lies within all of us. She is enthusiastic to share the magical wisdom of cacao and the medicinal effects with others so that we can all step into the state of unconditional love and heal further on a collective level.
Iina also has over 20 years of experience in dancing, and therefore loves to combine her ceremonies with intuitive movement and dance to connect with the body and listen to its messages. She finds dancing a great way to wake up the feminine: inviting fluid, flowy movements, moving with intention and intuition and even calling in playfulness and joy into her life. In her own experience dancing works as an activation tool to spark a radiant light and life force within.

The location for this event is Karunika Yoga at Meerhuizenplein 11. Please note that there are two similar looking buildings across the street from each other. If you are facing the front of both buildings it is the one on the left.
