Healing Circle: Cacao, Somatic Exercises & Energy Healing

A nourishing evening to come together to connect with ourselves and each other through ceremonial cacao, meditation, somatic exercises and energy healing. Let yourself slow down and bring more balance to your body and mind.

This session is for you if…

- You are looking for a session where you can connect with others and yourself in a more profound way
- There’s something in your life you want to work on and would like some extra support with it
- You are curious about energy healing and/or ceremonial cacao
- You are looking for a healing session and want to experience it in a safe group setting
- You need a moment for yourself to relax

The circle will consist of two different parts. We will start with a cacao ceremony followed by a healing session where everyone will receive a brief individual energy healing treatment. After the ceremony you have the option to stay a while longer to ask questions, share further and connect with other participants.

To ensure that everyone gets enough individual attention, we want to keep this event quite small. Therefore, there are limited spots available.

» Cacao ceremony «

Cacao is a medicine of the heart. Used for thousands of years by the ancient civilisations in Southern and Central America, it’s a great tool for inner growth, relaxation and self-inquiry.

In this ceremony we will focus on calming down and softening up our body, mind and heart. You have a moment to set or reconnect with an intention for the evening, connect and share with other participants and let cacao gently open your heart. After drinking cacao we will intuitively see whether some movement is needed to bring in extra attention to release and relax the physical body or whether we are ready to go straight to a calming and deep meditation before moving onto the energy healing part of the evening.

If it will be your first experience with cacao, we will make sure everyone has all the needed information to help everyone to relax and surrender to cacao’s healing embrace.

» Intuitive healing session «

Energy healing has many benefits. It can help you to reduce stress, feel more connected to your emotions, work on patterns you’d like to change, feel lighter and more open physically, emotionally and mentally and to resolve energetic blockages that hold you back.

This part of the session will start with some somatic exercises to make you feel safe in your body. After this you can lie down, relax and receive – everyone will be given an individual hands-on energy healing treatment. Your host will tune in and see what is needed for each person. She works with her hands and the power of intention, combined with sound, healing crystals and essential oils.

If you wish the healing to be focused on a specific question or topic, you can think of something you want to work on beforehand (more instructions for this will be given once you’ve purchased a ticket). You can also leave this open and see if something arises during the cacao ceremony.

» Your hosts «

We are Iina and Titta, two Finnish women who share the passion of helping people to live more from their hearts. We’ve been working with cacao for some years now and love to share it with others. Our cacao circles have become powerful containers for healing on a group level but also individually.

As a deep thinker and an empath, recent years have led Iina on a profound path of self-discovery and reflection. Mother Cacao, a gentle plant medicine and a wonderful spirit, has become a major guide and an ally on Iina's healing journey by time after time allowing her to drop into the heart space and access ancient wisdom that she believes lies within all of us. She is enthusiastic to share the magical wisdom of cacao and the medicinal effects with others so that we can all step into the state of unconditional love and heal further on a collective level.
Iina also has over 20 years of experience in dancing, and therefore loves to combine her ceremonies with intuitive movement to connect with the body and listen to its messages.

Titta is a trauma-informed yoga teacher and energy healer. She leads a holistic lifestyle which she started exploring 6 years ago. It helped her to heal in various ways. She was able to restore her physical health and discover a state of peace and happiness which was so profound that it made her dedicate her career to helping others to find balance and healing through holistic living as well. She believes that our energy and how we use it plays a key role when it comes to our health. She has studied different energy healing techniques, including Reiki, aura clearing and shamanistic healing. Her healing sessions are a combination of the practices she’s learned as well as her own methods she’s developed throughout her journey. She uses her intuitive abilities to see what comes through and what is needed during a session.
