This 8-week course will provide you with a solid foundation to bring more presence and joy in your days and in your Life.
Mindfulness is the practice of living fully, being aware and awake, and embracing all that is, the joy and the challenges as best we can. Letting life move through us, letting experience and the moment be our teacher, being open and aware whilst being solidly rooted and grounded in our values and vision.
In this way we can grow out of what is keeping us small, contracted and into a fuller expression of our potential, becoming more resilient, wiser and empowered as we go along this incredible journey of Life.
It isn’t always easy staying mindful and present, especially nowadays with many personal and collective challenges within and around us. It takes determination and courage, softness and fierceness together.
In this course you will learn many mindfulness practices that will support you to take care of your own well-being so that you can learn to deal more gracefully with stressful moments, find more energy, ease and joy in moments of your day, enhance your relationships, feel a greater sense of purpose, embody what you care about and take care of the Life within and around you.
Yes, all that is possible, accessible within 8-weeks (and a morning together in nature!) and especially if you practice in your own time every day. Remember it is YOUR practice.

+ Silent Morning Practice – 11 November from 9h30 to 13h30

This course includes all the fundamentals of an MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction) course as well as compassion practices, deep listening exercises and mindfulness outdoors.
I have 10+ years experience sharing the practice of mindfulnes and holding a safe, intimate space with groups in a diversity of settings. .
Check with your health insurance for coverage (I am a VMBN trainer category 1 which is higher status recognized by insurers). Note that employers can cover this training, or even better offer it at your workspace:)
Note : Reduced rates can surely be agreed in special cases, please reach out if you cannot afford the requested amount. I wouldn't want that to hinder your ability to benefit from these teachings (student / low income / refugee).
