Welcome to a journey of deep reconnection with your inner resources through powerful practices and the support of a community of change makers to empower a more wholesome and sustainable way forward.
Do you sometimes feel climate anxiety or overwhelm? Do you long to be part of an Earth care community to turn towards living in a more harmonious way with all of Life? Do you feel passionate about supporting the emergence of a regenerative culture?
Then these circles will be of great support. Active Hope is about finding, and offering, our best response when facing concerns about our world situation. The Active Hope Circles are an opportunity to experience over a period of a few months deep ecology practices, inspired by the Work that Reconnects (with Joanna Macy as root teacher) as well as many others sources (including Thich Nhat Hanh & Plum Village tradition).
This gives time to integrate the practices into your daily life and to deepen links with people that you share affinities with, supporting each other in your projects, to empower you as you play your part in anchoring a more life sustaining way fourth.
Dates for Deep Ecology Practice Monthly Circles : 5 October, 2 November, 14 December, 18 January, 1 February, 7 March, 18 April from 18h30 to 21h30
at De Groene Hemel in Westerpark

Note: It is important to me that money is not a restriction in the enrolment for these circles and it is also important to me to have enough income to continue to offer this work in a sustainable way. Please select the amount in line with you own financial resources.
Standard Contribution : 200 euros
Supported : 100 euros (only for students or low income / minimum wage)
Supporting : 250 euros - If you have an income above average and wish to contribute more to support the supported and my income.
The Deep Ecology circles will be facilitated by Marjorie Lumet from Experience Mindfulness, mindfulness trainer for 10+ years and trained facilitator of the Work that Reconnects & Active Hope since 2021.
During these circles we will move through the stages of the Spiral of the Work that Reconnects (Coming from Gratitude, Honouring our Pain, Seeing with New Eyes, Going Fourth) to support us to further integrate and share this ecological consciousness in our daily lives.
There are 7 circles in total, one a month, and it encouraged to join the whole journey to support the group dynamic and process.
You can also attend monthly co-creations building on the deep ecology circles to invite further co-creation and sharing of resources within our community. Please check out this link for details of these regenerative evenings: https://hipsy.nl/event/25963-regenerative-evenings

“The world is not a problem to be solved; it is a living being to which we belong. The world is part of our own self and we are a part of its suffering wholeness. Until we go to the root of our image of separateness, there can be no healing. And the deepest part of our separateness from creation lies in our forgetfulness of its sacred nature, which is also our own sacred nature.”
