Join me for an immersive journey into the profound practice of transformational breathwork. This evening offers a unique opportunity to explore the depths of your being through the rhythmic flow of conscious connected breathing.
What is Transformational Breathwork? Transformational breathwork, also known as conscious connected breathing or circular breathing, is a powerful technique that allows you to tap into your body's innate wisdom and release stored tension, trauma, and emotional blockages. By breathing consciously and continuously, you can access deep states of relaxation, heightened awareness, and profound healing.
What to Expect: During this two-hour session, you will be guided through a series of gentle breathing exercises designed to open up your breath, expand your consciousness, and unlock the full potential of your respiratory system. Through this process, you may experience a wide range of sensations, emotions, and insights as you journey inward and connect with your inner wisdom.
Contraindications: While transformational breathwork can be incredibly healing, it's important to note that it may not be suitable for everyone. If you have cardiovascular disease, a recent surgery, stroke or heart attack, schizophrenia, high or low blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, epilepsy, asthma, psychiatric condition, are taking medications for an illness or injury, are pregnant or any other physical or mental health condition or concern that might affect your experience please consult with a healthcare professional before attending this event. Additionally, if you have any concerns or questions about whether breathwork is right for you, feel free to reach out to me in advance.
Good to Know:
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
It's normal to experience a wide range of sensations during breathwork, including tingling, emotional release, and physical discomfort. Trust the process and allow yourself to surrender to the experience.
This event will take place on May 30th at De Groene Hemel in Westerpark from 18:30 to 21:30. Space is limited, intimate group, so be sure to reserve your spot in advance.
