CBN - Cacao, Breathwork & Nidra

In this journey of CBN we start with a heart activation by drinking Ceremonial Cacao. We then move more inward with the breath. With a technique called Circular Breathing we slow down, breathe and create space together where sensations, emotions, insights and all that wants to be experienced are welcome. Finally, we integrate the journey with Nidra. Yoga Nidra is inviting us even more inward and trancent into a deep, guided relaxation and meditation.

Nick works as a breathwork facilitator with the focus on 1-1 sessions and breathwork circles. Ellemijn works a yoga teacher, mentor and coach with the focus on healing and transformation.

Contraindications:
If you have a history with epilepsy, cardiovascular diseases or psychosis we would recommend to not participate in the breathing circle. If you have high blood pressure, use any type of medication or you're pregnant please feel free to share this with us beforehand.
