CBN stands for Cacao, Breathwork and Nidra, three powerful components in one journey. We start with a heart activation by drinking Ceremonial Cacao. Drinking ceremonial cacao originates from indigenous traditions in Central and South America. We then go more inward be using the breath. With a technique called Circular Breathing we slow down, breathe and make an intimate connection with ourselves and others. Fysical, emotional, mental and spiritual sensations will arise, all that wants to be experienced and expressed is welcome. Finally, we integrate the journey with Nidra. Yoga Nidra is inviting us even more inward and transcend into a deep, guided relaxation and meditation.
Nick works as a breathwork facilitator with the focus on 1-1 sessions and breathwork circles. Ellemijn works a yoga teacher, mentor and coach with the focus on healing and transformation.
Contraindications:
If you have a history with epilepsy, cardiovascular diseases or psychosis we would recommend to not participate in the breathing part. If you have high blood pressure, use any type of medication or you're pregnant please feel free to share this with us beforehand.

Bij binnenkomst kom je al tot rust. De geluiden, de geur, de mensen, de inrichting. Overal is aan gedacht. Nick en Ellemijn vullen elkaar heel goed aan en voelen aan wat de groep nodig heeft. Nick has a very calming energy that puts you at ease and makes you feel safe, allowing you to dive deep into the practice. I appreciated being welcomed into the breathwork circle with open arms despite that I am visiting from out of town. Good music, nice mats/bolsters/blankets as well :)
