During this 3.5-hour workshop, we alternate between various Pranayama breathing techniques, mindfulness exercises, and the deeply relaxing practice of Yoga Nidra to reduce your stress, relax your body, and soothe your mind. It's time to no longer be in the "on" mode and grant yourself the space for inner growth.
After this workshop, you'll return home with a more profound sense of self-awareness, inner peace, grounding, and vitality. This is your chance to leave behind the daily hustle and nourish yourself.
The cost of participation is only 39 euros. Our location features underfloor heating, comfortable meditation cushions, yoga mats, and abundant blankets to keep you cosy during the sessions.
The workshop venue is within walking distance of Amsterdam's Amstel station, making it easily accessible.
