Connective Breathwork

Slow down, breathe and create space together where sensations, emotions, insights and all that wants to be experienced are welcome. In this fast-paced world, and especially in the city, it is so precious to connect with yourself and be lovingly aware of the present moment. The breath is such a beautiful and powerful tool to help us create these moments.

In this class we use a technique called circular breathing, where the in-breath and the out-breath are connected. By creating a breathing flow we have the ability to unlock energies within the body and release stress that has been build up during the day or longer. More benefits of breathwork:

The space is an intimate setting, located within the serene building of The NOWATCH in the centre of Amsterdam.

Contraindications: If you have a history with epilepsy, cardiovascular diseases or psychosis we would recommend to not participate in the breathing circle. If you have high blood pressure, use any type of medication or you're pregnant please feel free to share this with us beforehand.
