Let's go on a journey together - from inside out and from outside in - unwrapping, discovering, experiencing and expressing.


In this workshop series I desire to create a space where we can experience the beauty and power of vulnerability, allowing ourselves to unfold, open up and connect on a deeper level - letting imagination arise and being inspired by what lays within and between us. Through awareness, touch, movement and imagination we will gently explore our own authentic being, within ourselves and in relation to others.


We will begin from a somatic approach, inspired by different somatic methods such as the Feldenkrais Method and Body Mind Centering and combining these with elements of Contact Improvisation and Instant Composition.

We will explore different qualities of connection with each other, allowing our nervous systems to communicate in a more sensitive and delicate way, sharing our vulnerability. Once we have established a deeper connection, we will explore together through movement, sound and text the many colors of imagination that can arise. Exploring our own creative language, that allows us to express and connect in a more free and holistic way.

Any experience level is welcome! Every body can benefit from these methods and bring in their own unique voice of creative expression. You will receive the most out of it by attending all three workshops, it is however also possible to join one or two workshops.



The Feldenkrais Method is a somatic practice that works mostly with small and gentle movements combined with awareness. By creating sensitivity to the subtle parts of our being, we are able to become more aware of habitual tension and can develop healthier movement patterns. Creating more space in us for lightness and joy.
