Contact Improvisatie is een dans in vrije vorm waarbij je constant één punt van contact hebt met je partner. Hierbij gebruik je aanraking, momentum en gewicht. Daarbij leer je vaardigheden zoals vallen, rollen, tegengewicht, optillen. Buiten de technieken en het constante punt van contact is de dans geheel intuïtief en geïmproviseerd in het hier en nu. En daar gaat het voornamelijk om; stromen in het hier en nu. Je leert je partner aanvoelen en je eigen impulsen volgen om samen in een flow te komen waarin je ware natuur tot uiting komt.
