Bij binnenkomst kom je al tot rust. De geluiden, de geur, de mensen, de inrichting. Overal is aan gedacht. Nick en Ellemijn vullen elkaar heel goed aan en voelen aan wat de groep nodig heeft. De cacao in combinatie met breathwork en nidrayoga is bijzonder en goed op elkaar afgestemd. Een mooie ervaring die m'n ogen weer heeft geopend. Voor Nick en Ellemijn: succes!

Lees meerCBN is a two hour journey into inner balance with three components. We start with a heart activation by drinking Ceremonial Cacao. We then dive deep into the inner world with the breath. Circular breathing is a powerful transformer to move energy through the body. Finally, we integrate the journey with Nidra.
