Micro-dosing Tea Ceremony with Handpan Sound Journey in Amsterdam

You are invited for a Micro-dose (Truffle) Tea Ceremony and Handpan Sound Journey (Spring Special), on Sunday, March 17 from 11-13. The event (in English) will happen in the cozy & private space of the famous smart shop of Kokopelli, at the beautiful heart of Amsterdam overlooking the peaceful canal water. We wish to collectively step into the uprising Spring season with embodied insights and intentions throughout this special ceremony.

Tea Ceremony + Microdose + Sound Journey = synergetic combination that deepens the experience in a powerful way. We will start from a mindful Tea Ceremony to take the substance (1 gram of truffle) as an ancient ritual to gradually open up the space and connect within yourselves, followed by a gentle & relaxing lay-down sound journey with live instruments to dive in deeper and collectively feel the effect of this beautiful plant medicine.

꩜ For this mindful and ancient Tea Ceremony (‘Cha Tao/Dao’ 茶道, to experience Tao/the way of nature through the tea/plant medicine within yourselves), Leila will present specially selected high-quality Pu'er tea to go with around 1g of fresh truffle per person (a bit more or less is also available per request), and guide you through a zen meditation that cultivates mindful process and fluid flow in a harmonious atmosphere that connects us and improves our taste and senses, health and soul.

꩜ Handpan and other instrumental tunes by musician/DJ Leela will create a peaceful yet grounding atmosphere throughout and after the ceremony, taking you on an inner, meditative and sound journey. For especially those who seek to slow down your busy life and to be more present in the moments, this combination will be a mindful way to set a relaxing tune for the week ahead.

The intention of the event is not to guide you in a deep psychedelic trip but rather to micro-dose together. We will guide you through a mindful micro-dosing ceremony to get a taste of how it feels like. More advice and tips will be shared for more mid/long-term micro-dosing journeys (e.g. a 6-week window) later. Aftercare and integration to daily life will be shared and discussed as well in a supportive community group.

☼ Ticket: €38 (for one-time event). It includes Tea, Truffle, Ceremony, Handpan Sound Journey
☼ For each event, we focus on one natural element, combined with embodiment practices such as ancient yoga, dance, movements, and sounds.
☼ Entrance time: 10:45
☼ Starting time: 11:00 (please arrive earlier);
☼ Closing time: 13: 00 (feel free to stay around a bit after)
☼ Good to bring:
✓ Comfy, warm and layered clothes
✓ Water bottle (water and tea available)
✓ Optionally some fruits/nuts to eat and share afterwards. We advise a light dinner at least 1 hour before so the micro-dose can unfold more unaffected and pure in your body.
