ECSTATIC DANCE BEZWEEFD 14 OCT 2023

The DJ's that will guide us during this journey will be DJ Raat ki Rani and DJ Aliento Sagrado, the co-creators of Bezweefd!

Ecstatic dance is a free-form dance and can also be seen as a more active way of meditation. You can surrender to the music in a sacred and safe “container”.
The ecstatic dance is set up in an environment where you can simply be yourself and experience joy through connection (with self and others), dance, and music. It’s about letting go, moving energy, and having fun, resulting in an ECSTATIC feeling without using any drugs and alcohol!

An ecstatic dance can be very powerful and special, if you have never tried it before, we invite you to try it out and we will make you feel warm and safe during the whole evening.

Beyond Movement
Simone will guide us through a beyond movement workshop, starting with a meditation. The flow that Simone will provide invites us to get more in touch with and feel safe within the body so we can embrace our authentic expression even more. It is about gratefulness for our body, connection to your own rhythm and exploring that in movement.

There will also be healthy vegan snacks for the afterglow. Join this beautiful ecstatic dance if you feel the calling.
