ECSTATIC DANCE by BEZWEEFD @ CUARTITO AZUL 6 APRIL 2024

Ecstatic dance is a free-form dance and can also be seen as a more active way of meditation. You can surrender to the music in a sacred and safe “container”.
The ecstatic dance is set up in an environment where you can simply be yourself and experience joy through connection (with self and others), dance, and music. It’s about letting go, moving energy, and having fun, resulting in an ECSTATIC feeling without using any drugs and alcohol.


Before the dance we will embark on a journey of beautiful sounds by Jose Maria Ivan and spoken word by Guido Soeteman. From the jungle of Costa Rica through the sweet water lake of Nicaragua, Guido’s words will open up a space of deeper relaxation and the possibility to see ourselves with new eyes.

There will also be healthy vegan snacks for the afterglow. Join this beautiful ecstatic dance if you feel the calling.
