Ecstatic dance is a free-form dance and can also be seen as a more active way of meditation. You can surrender to the music in a sacred and safe “container”.
The ecstatic dance is set up in an environment where you can simply be yourself and experience joy through connection (with self and others), dance, and music. It’s about letting go, moving energy, and having fun, resulting in an ECSTATIC feeling without using any drugs and alcohol!
An ecstatic dance can be very powerful and special, if you have never tried it before, we invite you to try it out and we will make you feel warm and safe during the whole evening.
We will begin the ecstatic dance with an easy breathwork session guided by Aliento Sagrado.
You are welcome at our newest location: OASE Rotterdam! There will also be healthy vegan snacks for the afterglow. Join this beautiful ecstatic dance if you feel the calling.
