ECSTATIC DANCE CACAO CEREMONY by BEZWEEFD

Ecstatic dance is a free-form dance and can also be seen as a more active way of meditation. You can surrender to the music in a sacred and safe “container”.
The ecstatic dance is set up in an environment where you can simply be yourself and experience joy through connection (with self and others), dance, and music. It’s about letting go, moving energy, and having fun, resulting in an ECSTATIC feeling without using any drugs and alcohol!

We will start with a cacao ceremony and then get into dance. A cacao ceremony stems from the Mayan traditions where cacao was used for medicinal and spiritual purposes.
It can facilitate a meditative state and together with its heart-opening and grounding properties. It can help you release blockages, promoting healing and connection.

An ecstatic dance can be very powerful on its own but combined with a cacao ceremony; it can enhance the magic!

There will also be healthy vegan snacks for the afterglow. Join this beautiful ecstatic dance if you feel the calling.
