The art of meditation and silence

The art of meditation & silence, is an introduction to the amazing world of meditation. With accessible practices, you will learn how to step with easiness into it. What can you expect? You will get keys to slow down your mind, to raise up your focus and your willpower. Marie will also invite you to take part of a silent walk in the nature called the "New look", as if, what you always believe to know well, was becoming unknown...Let's the adventure begin! This workshop includes a soft drink/ coffee or tea. The workshop requires long periods of sitting position. If you have heavy back pain, a recent back injury, or any doubts regarding your health condition, refer to your doctor before attending the course. THINK OF: taking your yoga mat, your yoga props and wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Maybe a little blanket could be useful, and some water. Do you need extra info, or do you have questions?
