With love and respect for our bodies, minds, souls, and our mother, Mother Nature.ย Through 1:1ย holistic women's coaching, (one-day) retreats, women's gatherings, and specially designed online programs we will guide you through your journey to remember, and (re)connect you to your most authentic version yourself.

This womanโs ceremony felt like coming home. Such a lovely space in nature, the warm hosts Manouk and Eefje made us feel welcome from the start. Slowing down and taking time to breath, relax and listen to fellow sisters. I will be back !

Wauw! De nature womenโs ceremony was zo bijzonder. Op een prachtig plekje in Amsterdam, met een groep super fijne vrouwen, inspirerende practices en heeeel veel bloemen om aqua de Florida te maken. Manouk & Eefje doen alles zo natuurlijk en creรซren een safe space waar alles er mag zijn en gedeeld mag worden. Ik voelde me na afloop super grounded en energized ๐ง๐ผ Kan het zeker aanraden als je met likeminded vrouwen wil zijn, of je net komt kijken of al vaker naar een cirkel gaat: dit is mijn favoriet ๐ฆ!! This for me first ceremony that was hosted by the amazing Manouk and Eefje, opened my heart and filled my soul with love. I can genuinely say I have never felt this calm, vulnerable, strong, serene and open as I did during and after the ceremony. It truly was an amazing first experience with Manouk, Eefje and the other beautiful women who all made it so possible to open up and connect. ๐งก
For me personally, it changed a lot about my perspective on my own health. After being sick for 8+ years, experiencing this, made me realize that there is a way to heal through connection, nature and to live according our beautiful second 28 days clock, following the endocrine system. ๐น๐ฑ
I would 100% recommend this to every woman out there, even if, or maybe even especially if she thinks it is all โthis will never work or have any effect on meโ hokuspokus. โจ To feel this love and connection with yourself, nature and other women is magical and absolutely worth experiencing. ๐๐ผ

Ohhhh where to begin! This was circle was an absolute dream. My heart is so so full for these beautiful women Manouk & Eefje. The moment I arrived, I felt immediately so safe and loved. They made you feel seen & heard. The energy from Manouk & Eefje felt so authentic, pure and almost angelic that everything just fell so beautifully into place just the way it had to be.
Thank you beautiful sisters for hosting this and giving this to the world. I would highly recommend this for those who wants to experience some deep pure love and be more connected within herself and share this with other sisters.

Manouk and Eefje were the best hosts I could have hoped for for my first women's circle. I recommend it to every woman, especially those who find it a bit out of their comfort zone and are open to new and enriching experiences.
Thank you Manouk & Eefje for organising this lovely cacao ceremony with a new Moon in taurus! It was so special to meet all the women in a very authentic and vulnerable way.
