Dear Mommy,

This is for all the mommy’s out there who are loving motherhood but sometimes struggling to find their way, for all the moms who are rocking it, for all the moms who are not feeling well, basically, this is for all the moms from A to Z.

I believe that it can be extremely healing for a mother to find her community, where you can share experiences, connect back to yourself, your body, mind & soul, find stillness in the ever going flow of life, and surround yourself with like-minded mothers.

As a mom myself, I know the struggle of wanting to connect with like-minded women & moms while being less flexible and more home-bound.

That’s why we created:

“THE ONLINE MOMMY CIRCLE”

𝐓𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬.

Creating a space where we may welcome and embrace all parts of motherhood, the good the bad, and the ugly. Where you can share your authentic story without judgment.

A moment to go inside & find, some well-deserved, stillness and rest.
Just two hours of mommy support & mommy love.

In this online circle, you can take a moment for self-love and care in the comfort of your home. I will be guiding you through a calming and introspective meditation, we will move our bodies with the practice of yoga and if you feel the call there is an opportunity to share.

Know that sharing your story is only for the ones that feel the call. And that there is no experience needed in every practice we do.

You can choose to come anonymously or to turn on your camera.

This Circle will be focused on mommies with children.*

So, whether you're a mom or a mom-to-be, if you feel the call... let me welcome you.
