It was nice to celebrate Solstice this way and to connect with other women from different countries. I liked that we meditated and wrote our wishes together.

Manouk once again made us feel at home within us. She shared her light to make us honour our own. Solstice gathering was a quiet yet vibrant empowerment to embrace stillness and softness. Manouk has a way even from behind the screen to let this magic happen🙏🏼

Het was een super fijne ervaring. Mijn eerste ceremonie. Ik voelde me verbonden met vrouwen die ik nog niet eerder heb ontmoet, dit was echt heel bijzonder. Manouk is echt een prachtige vrouw, ze heeft de ceremonie echt fantastisch begeleid. Ik ben heel erg dankbaar voor deze fantastische avond.

This juice cleanse was something beyond a cleanse and a change in eating practises. It was a spiritual and mental practise that opened new paths to discover ourselves and get deep into our feelings. A revelatory and wonderful experience that I would highly recommend to everyone! Manouk is a lovely human being that her help and guidance were beyond a simple yoga teacher, more like a sister!

I participated in her 5-day Online Spring Cleanse and Yoga Retreat and learned so much about fasting, and the relationship between food, body, and mind. I opted for a water fast instead of juice, and she created a personalized schedule for me, which was excellent!

Being part of a group with like-minded people added a whole new dimension to the experience. Everyone was very loving, caring, and attentive. Everyone felt safe enough to be open and share.

I am deeply grateful that you taught me the proper way of cleansing and want to thank you again!

We went two friends together which was lovely, but also it felt like a very safe and comforting environment to attend alone. We both felt we could have been braver to share more but we enjoyed to hear those strong stories of fellow women which gave us a lot of reflections about our own lives, and it felt fine to just be there as well as to share a lot. For some feedback, it would have been nice to receive a bit clearer explanation on the agenda and also about the exact meaning and effect of the cacao, and the purpose to use it and why it is used in ceremonies. Though it felt very powerful to have a Mexican woman talking about the cacao and where it was from. Also it would have been nice to provide consent to taking photos beforehand as photos were already taken before Manouk mentioned it. Thank you so much for a beautiful day! Cathrine & Judith

Manouk is such a good space holder, for big or small groups. She makes sure everyone feels seen and safe which is beautiful. Integrating astrology, the moon and combining it with women’s circle was such a powerful combination. Thank you for the session, also to all the beautiful women who joined

Dear Manouk has a beautiful energy. Mmm she shares, spaceholds and facilitates with so much love, passion and knowledge. This Online retreat in which you experience a juice cleanse and various yoga, meditation and breathing sessions with sharing circles was so amazing. After just one day it felt like we had known each other for a while, you quickly become close, get to know each other, share openly and heal together. Starting and ending the day together was a great gift to myself and each other. The group felt so right, it was loving and educational. Thanks to Manouk we can be ourselves with all our emotions we are welcome in the online realm. Also you get nice reflection and real space for your process. It felt so involved and that it is online is like extra interesting because it feels like we are all really together in a space. I am grateful that I participated and learned so much about myself in this process with this group. I had the opportunity to meet many beautiful souls and I will definitely participate again. Manouk does this so well, this is highly valuable and I can really recommend this to anyone who feels the call. This was a gift to myself from a space of self love and these weeks were filled with that love, transformation and joy. The 5 days online retraite and cleanse.

This journey gave me so much insight in my body, but even more so in my mind.

It was practiced in a safe environment with a group of beautiful, warm and open people, guided by an inspiring open minded, giving and loving woman Manouk. It brought so much peaceful power and acceptance.

I felt a new form of balance. A healthy mind in a healthy body. It gave me clarity of thoughts and the strength to believe that everything is possible. I changed my daily habits for the better and feel more energized.

I would really wish for every person in it’s own path to experience a kind of practice like this and feel the amount of growth.

I feel gratitude and want to thank everybody in the group and specially Manouk 💜

During my first ceremony about a year ago that was facilitated by Manouk, I had never thought that something could change my life in the best possible way this much. It was an absolute mind expending and heart opening expierence that made me fall in love with self healing through connection with other women, nature and myself. I have Manouk to thank for that. De Aries New Moon Cacao Women’s Circle was een prachtige, veilige, en warme beleving. De stem en begeleiding van Manouk helpen bij het ontladen van mentale en fysieke blokkades. Het is een verbindende avond die er voor zorgt dat je toegang krijgt tot de harten van vele vrouwen.

Together with my sister we participated in this Women's Circle, hosted by our eldest sister Manouk. To say we were in awe, is probably an understatement. Of course, we probably are a bit biased ;) but to see our sister in this setting, guiding a group of women for a wonderful evening full of togetherness, warmth and discovery was very impressive and wonderful.
Most important the safe feeling she gave me, my sister and some other women who were visiting a women's circle for the first time. <3

Mijn eerste vrouwencirkel en gelijk een hele liefdevolle en warme ervaring. Ik vond het van te voren echt mega spannend, maar ik ben zo blij dat ik ben gegaan! Het was een prachtige avond die met veel zorg en liefde werd begeleid door Manouk. Ik denk nog steeds dagelijks aan deze ervaring. Ontzettend mooi om op deze manier met vrouwen te verbinden en sisterhood te ontdekken 💚
