Cacao Ceremony: Lavender

This ceremony is for you if you are open to let yourself be surprised by the nourishment and wisdom that lavender brings. In every ceremony, I let myself be guided by the energy of the group in the moment. I do always open by singing a song to let us all ground, and oftentimes I take you on a visualisation journey and some movement. You are so welcome to bring all of yourself, all of your emotions and desires. The ceremony will either be in Dutch or English, depending on what language works for everyone who shows up.

On cacao:

Cacao is a medicine that connects you to the wisdom of your heart. Its gentle & fierce spirit creates freedom in your body by allowing for a free flow of feelings and movement. You expand your capacity to be present with what’s truly alive in you and to soften your gaze towards yourself. Above all, cacao awakens your creative energy. It asks you to express yourself from your essence; to connect with others from that place where strength and vulnerability meet. Cacao thus opens up what was contracted. This lets you experience the great fulfillment of being moved by life in all of its glory and innocence.

On lavender:

Lavender is a flowering plant that is connected to the crown chakra. It represents purity, silence, devotion, relaxation, simplicity, royalty, connection and clarity.

Note:

This year I am flowing with the moon with my ceremonies:

-new moon: I facilitate cacao ceremonies with plants, herbs and flowers.
-full moon: I co-facilitate with my sister @mariniquemassage fire ceremonies, in sisterhood

Yet, this february 4th is the only full moon where I switch it up and give a cacao ceremony :-) I love flowing with the moon, and I choose not to be rigid in that when it doesn't suit well <3
