Welcome to our sacred gathering under the radiant light of the Flower Full Moon in Sagittarius. As we come together, we are called to honour the energies of adventure, expansion, and seeking higher truths that this celestial event brings forth.
Under this luminous sky, we are reminded of the infinite possibilities that lie before us. Like the blooming flowers of spring, we are invited to explore new horizons, expand our awareness, and delve deep within ourselves in search of profound truths. Here, we embrace the power of community and the healing arts of creative expression through painting.

- Best not to eat too heavy before hand
- Mats & props will be provided

ABOUT MANOUK
Manouk is an international Women’s work facilitator, certified Yoga & Meditation teacher, Energy and Holistic healer and Guide. Ceremonialist, Sacred Space Holder and offers international (Women’s) Retreats. Weaving ceremony and ritual in all her offerings, cultivating a safe space to connect movement to breathe to realign the body-mind-soul connection. Cultivating a safe space to guide you home to the body, the Self, each other and Mother Earth. It her my path to inspire, be of service and work as a portal for you to blossom to wholeness. From head to heart we venture - listening, remembering and feeling.
