Cacao Ceremony: Nourishment

The gentle & subtle energy of cacao invites you to soften into your heart. It helps you to feel; and through this, that what was contracted within you will flow. As you receive and connect deeply to yourself, you will find within the place where vulnerability and strength meet. Cacao anchors you into your body and into the earth beneath your feet. From this place of safety, you are free to connect to your creativity, passion and sensuality.

The theme of this night is nourishment.

What to expect if this is your first time cacao, or your first ceremony with me?

I let myself be guided in the moment by the energy of the group: every ceremony is different and I cannot tell you what exactly will happen, as I will "create it" based on who shows up and what is alive for everyone individually and for the whole group.

However, there are some things I can share:
Before or on the day of the ceremony you will probably feel discomfort or resistance to coming. The process is already in motion! As you gather the courage to come anyway, I will welcome you into the ceremony by inviting that discomfort. After a moment of silence, I will serve the cacao and I will sing and drum. From there on we go into a journey together with visualization, sometimes movement, sound, and light touch.

The ceremony will either be in Dutch or English, depending on what language works for everyone who is there.

Practicalities:

-The door opens at 18:45
-We start the ceremony at 19:15, make sure you are on time
