Let’s start this day together. Why did you decided to join? What do you want to get out of this day? Lets set an intention for this day, or maybe even for a longer period of time. Guided by Nikki Bogman.

12:00 Meditation session @balcony
Dive deep into your inner world through meditation. After an introduction, where Zori will explain the mechanics and benefits of meditating, you will be guided into a transcendental state of mind via mindfulness practices and other meditation techniques.

12:30 Screening: Psychedelic Warriors @Theatre
In September 2021 a diverse group of veterans from The Netherlands participated in a psychedelic nature retreat organised by Psychedelic Insights, called Psychedelic Warriors. For more info: www.psychedelicinsights.com

13:00 Art & Movement workshop @ Theatre
In this workshop Estella and Ali take you on a journey to delve into and explore the facets of your selves with art & movement. Limited spots available. Write your name on the list at the festival if you like to join.

13:00 Wellbeing workshop @bar
Together with Becky we’ll explore what wellbeing really means, physically, mentally and emotionally, as well as sharing some of the tools and techniques we can integrate into our daily lives to help maintain this personal sense of wellbeing. There’ll be a selection of breathing techniques, movement practices, journal prompts and space to discuss what works for us.

14:00 Sharing circle trip experiences @basement
A space to share about your (psychedelic) experiences. A re occuring part of our programm since it has been an amazing experience for everyone joining and sharing their stories. This time the session will be hosted by the experienced workshop host/ceremonial leader Nikki Bogman.

14:00 psychedelic pub quiz @bar
The craziest, most noteworthy and unknown facts about plant medicine, psychedelics, history and much more will be questioned at this special quiz which you can join with a group or just create a group on the spot. The winners will go home with a very special price!

15:00 Music Journey by Regenerate @theatre
During this performance Siemen will take you on a special journey with his set which will be accompanied by analogue visuals and (interactive) improv dancers.

16:00 Energetic medicine presentation @theatre
An introduction into energetic medicine by Mica Armstrong. What it is and what the mechanisms are behind it. Learn how energetic medicine can contribute to the healing of mental, physical and spiritual phenomena.

16:00 Performance art workshop @bar
You ever wonder how its like to act completely bananas in public? Give expression to your craziest sides? Together with Levin we will go on a journey of wild self expression you will remember for a lifetime. Are you ready to join?

16:00 Underground music @basement
Enjoy some of the wild electronic and homemade tunes from Rocco and experience the walls of sounds he creates in the basement.

17:00 Trippy/experimental short films powered by CineSud @theatre
A beautifull mix of of sounds and colours will be provided in this collection of trippy short films without narrative, allowing you to float along on the visuals and sound waves. This part of the program has been made possible by CineSud, a platform stimulating the local film industry.

18:00 Panel talk: Integrating psychedelic experiences @foyer
Also an returning part of our festival. Every time we invite interesting people ranging from plant medicine facilitators to scientist to talk about interesting subjects with each other and the audience. The session will be moderated/hosted by Steven Fülle.

18:00 Workshop: The relation between image and sound @basement
A session guided my musican/composer Rocco Misuraca about scoring the relation between music and sound.

19:00 Performance by Mx. Warren and Gabriel Amaro @ theatre
A beautifull duet of the mesmerizing Julia on her saxophone and Gabriel on electric guitar, creating musical waves will will carry you all acros the cosmos.

20:00 Heart of Sky, Heart of Earth @theatre
Beautifully filmed over years, the intimate accounts of the protagonists interweave with images associated with the fragile beauty of nature and the creation myth of the Popol Vuh. Ruins of a former Mayan civilization stand in the background as harbingers of our own possible fate. The Maya, like many indigenous people, believe they are the guardians of the Earth. Their cosmovision, in which all life is sacred and interconnected, presents a deeply compelling alternative to the prevailing worldview.

21:30 After drinks with Dj Shuffle’s truffle @foyer
Let’s enjoy the after glow of this day and the beautifull documentary which came before. Talk about everyting you experienced, do a little dance or just enjoy a drink together with the groovy tunes from Dj Shuffle’s truffle.
