Yoga with Jonas

Yoga is a great tool to align your body and mind to feel the connection inside with something beyond. Through repeated movements, such as Sun Salutations which are synchronised with the breath, we enter into a calmer, stable state of mind where natural quietness and peace await us. In this class, we follow the Ashtanga yoga sequence at a gentle pace with hands-on instructions. Anyone at any level is welcome! Bring your lovely self and let's breathe in and out together with simple movements at our creative Birdcage nest!

Who is Jonas?
Jonas is a music producer and yoga practitioner based in Utrecht since 2016. His journey through consciousness started when he began meditating and experimenting with psychedelic substances at around age 20 (2012). He shares what he knows through experience, at Birdcage Radio. His approach is gentle yet firm and steady, focusing primarily on the breath and ease of movement. The classes by Jonas are ashtanga-based, as this is how he has built his foundation of hatha yoga. This class is suitable for beginners as well as intermediate hatha yoga practitioners.
