Great class with a lovely teacher. A nice setting, I will be back!

Absolutely loved the session and was in desperate need for some body movement in these cold days! Thank you Yuki it was a wonderful experience

Love love love, thanks for making us feel incredibly welcome #zevenblijftkleven. See you soon! X

It is a healing process into the deep heart, and the overall atmosphere made me feel extremely calm and peace, and thank you for organising the event.

I really enjoyed this workshop with Ariel and the way she guided us through the meditations and exercises. Afterwards I was more relaxed and felt my voice resonate deeper in my chest.

Super nice class with an amazing teacher! Yuki is really good at adapting the class to whoever is present, so it's suitable for beginners as well as more advanced students. Her gentle approach makes difficult poses more easy.

Loved it very much! Would like to have it every week at least. Yuki is a great teacher ❤️ I felt very supported as a beginner. Thanks for this great initiative
