Open Contact Improvisation Jam

Let's create a space together! A space filled with imagination, playfulness and creativity. Where music and movement can have dialogs and discussions. Where new worlds can appear and vanish at the same moment. A space where we can just be, move as we want, connect with others, be inspired or just rest and give ourselves the attention that is needed.

We will begin with a guided somatic warm up where we connect to our bodies, exploring our inner and outer landscapes. From there on we will accompany you with live improvised music through the evening, where we can find our own creative journeys together. Bring your instrument if you like.

Everyone is welcome! You do not need to have any contact improvisation experience to join.

We will be in the wonderful Danszaal Overvloed in Utrecht, Overvecht. Please ring the bell at 2A Danszaal Overvloed (top left). The studio is on the second floor left, at the end of the hall.
