ECSTATIC DANCE BEZWEEFD @ OASE ROTTERDAM 2 NOVEMBER 2024

Hello there lovely Zweevers!

Join us on Saturday 2 November on our Ecstatic Dance with something new that we have in store for you!

We’ll have an evening with activating our body and our emotions, by moving, dancing, hanging out, enjoying, connecting (by disconnecting from our smartphones) and by being present in the now, right here in the beautiful concrete jungle called Rotterdam.

This will be the place for conscious connecting where you can be and express your authentic self. ✨

Before the dance we will start with a Qi Gong workshop facilitated by..... After the special Qi Gong workshop the dance will begin, guided by the amazing DJ Yarl. If you haven't heard or danced with his magical tunes before, we recommend to try it out at least once!

What a beautiful way to start before going into an ecstatic dance where words are no longer needed. The best of both worlds.

Ecstatic dance is a free-form dance and can also be seen as a more active way of meditation. You can surrender to the music in a sacred and safe “container”.
The ecstatic dance is set up in an environment where you can simply be yourself and experience joy through connection (with self and others), dance, and music. It’s about letting go, moving energy, and having fun, resulting in an ECSTATIC feeling without using any drugs and alcohol.

There will also be healthy vegan snacks for the afterglow. Join this beautiful ecstatic dance if you feel the calling. Bring your own bottle for water and/or tea.
