Join us on Saturday October 5th on our Ecstatic Dance with something new that we have in store for you!
We’ll have an evening filled with activating our voices, our bodies and our emotions, by singing, dancing, hanging out, enjoying, connecting (by disconnecting from our smartphones) and by being present in the now, right here in the beautiful concrete jungle called Rotterdam.
This will be the place for conscious connecting where you can be and express your authentic self. ✨
Before the dance we will start by opening up our voices, guided by Barry van den Ende, with his beautiful guitar skills, Your voice is so powerful and needs to be released and heard. Singing together can be very empowering and liberating. And sharing this gift with others creates even more beautiful, warm and high vibrations. What a magical way to start before going into an ecstatic dance where words are no longer needed. The best of both worlds!
Ecstatic dance is a free-form dance and can also be seen as a more active way of meditation. You can surrender to the music in a sacred and safe “container”.
The ecstatic dance is set up in an environment where you can simply be yourself and experience joy through connection (with self and others), dance, and music. It’s about letting go, moving energy, and having fun, resulting in an ECSTATIC feeling without using any drugs and alcohol.
There will also be healthy vegan snacks for the afterglow. Join this beautiful ecstatic dance if you feel the calling. Bring your own bottle for water and/or tea.
