On Saturday evening we offer a relaxing, healing RETREAT from busy city life through our unique approach to art, movement, human biology, meditation and ancient & modern science.

Starting with the heart-opening cacao ceremony, we will embark on the journey through the multiple layers of our being - from physical to conscious and subconscious depths.
As the event unfolds, we will experience and practice full relaxation and the conscious creation of a new, constructive energy-flow, focused on knowing how to raise positive vibrations, how to feel the body in its multidimensionality and how to connect to the inner true Self.

19.00 - 19.20 – gathering at the entrance cafe.
At 19.20 we will guide to the main room.
19.30 - start of the event (there is no possibility to enter the room late!!)

ABOUT Viktoria Kova:
As a pioneer of healing art, videoartist and guide Viktoria Kova creates LAND of GOOD installations, combining art, technology, human biology, and science.
Kova channels works of art that impact the viewer with the purpose of healing and self-improvement.
She “logs in” to her own body to heal from multiple sclerosis (MS), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammation, burnout, and severe form of stuttering without prescribed medications.
Viktoria Kova has her professional background in psychology, pedagogy, music and cultures studies.
She is the author of “LOGIN to HEALING” program that helps to get the autoimmune conditions, other inflammations and stuttering in a steady remission; and to establish and maintain a healthy lifestyle, including weight control and a positive state of mind, heart & gut.

ABOUT Milva Velghe Willemsen:
Milva is guiding human beings into their authentic self. Using meditation, movement and cacao. Holding and feeling yourself becoming present and from their experiencing how movement is speaking to you from within. What is there to be felt and released? From her own experience more and more she understands that it is about harmony and unity. And that starts inside.

Recommended: comfortable, stretchy clothes. Feel free to bring your favorite yoga block or seat, if you have one.
