VIDEO & SOUND Art BATH for HEALING & self-EMPOWERMENT

We offer to experience the multidimensionality of your body through the unique approach of our immersive, healing video and sound art.
On the day of the Equinox, we will focus on creating a new constructive flow of energy centered around raising (and maintaining) positive vibrations, empowering your Self, relaxation, feeling your body in its multidimensionality and spending quality time with your lovely Self.

We believe that optimizing and balancing all layers of one’s being empowers a better physical, mental and vibrational self.

PROGRAM:
19.00 - 19.20 – gathering at the entrance big blue door.
At 19.20 you will be picked up to be brought to the Pickup club.
19.20 - cup of tea / start of the event (there is no possibility to enter the room late!!)
19.20 - ± 21.00 - introduction, empowering practice, quantum meditation, healing video&sound bath, relaxing experience, with the elements of breathwork, humming, aroma therapy, and immersive art.
± 21.00 - end of the program.

LOCATION:
Pickup studio @ NDSM-werf
NDSM plein 79; 1034 EV Amsterdam (Noord).
We gather at the entrance by the big blue door from 19.00 till 19.20.


ABOUT Viktoria Kova:
As a pioneer of healing art, videoartist and guide Viktoria Kova creates LAND of GOOD installations, combining art, technology, human biology, and science.
Kova channels works of art that impact the viewer with the purpose of healing and self-improvement.
She “logs in” to her own body to heal from multiple sclerosis (MS), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammation, burnout, and severe form of stuttering without prescribed medications.
Viktoria Kova has her professional background in psychology, pedagogy, music and cultures studies.
She is the author of “LOG in to HEALING” program that helps to get the autoimmune conditions, other inflammations and stuttering in a steady remission; and to establish and maintain a healthy lifestyle, including weight control and a positive state of mind, heart & gut.
