Spring Yin Yoga Immersion

Connect with your inner self, by immersing yourself in a 2 hour Yin Yoga practice, harmonized with the energies of spring. The long and deep Yin Yoga stretches in combination with the gentle touch of Reiki will help the flow and release of energy through your body. After the workshop you will experience more stillness and a peaceful state of mind.

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, working with the connective tissues in the body, releasing subtle flows of energy. Yin offers emotional and mental health benefits, and is accessible to all levels of students.
