Bend & Breathe
In this session we will practice:
- A short yogaflow, focussed on creating space to breathe more freely
- Self massage of the diaphragm to breathe easier
- A guided breathing session where we combine deep breathing with longer breath holds
This class is a followup after the Breathwork Deepdive workshop (See link below) , or for the ones that want to dive into a breathing session without first going through the science behind breath work. After a calm and gentle yogaflow we prepare ourselves with a short self massage, for a guided breathing session. The goal is to let you end the class feeling free from stress and more freely to breathe!
There will be time for questions and a cup of tea afterwards
Precautions (for the breathing session):
- Pregnancy
- Cardiovascular problems, high blood pressure
- Psychological conditions, epilepsy, active trauma or PTSD, history of psychose
- Medication
- Recente surgery or injury
In case of any of the conditions mentioned above, it is not advisable to join the breathing session. Please contact your health provider if a breathing session is suitable for you at this moment.
Cancellation policy: unfortunately we can not refund purchased tickets. Contact us to check if there are people on the waiting list or make a friend happy!
