Take a slow deep breath and envision this:

We enter the space, ground ourselves in a guided movement practice with Elena which is then followed by a meditation to set the intentions for 2024. We will finish the evening with a sound bath by Kristina: as you relax in this cocoon of serenity, the melodic resonance of singing bowls and other instruments fills the air, cradling you in a gentle embrace. It's a symphony of relaxation and healing.

The wholesome experience of movement, meditation, mindfulness & sound healing will guide your body's system to automatically find a better balance. Conscious attention together with healing sound vibrations spread throughout the body and lead to deep relaxation, increase our self-healing abilities, dissolve blocks, strengthen the body’s immunity.
