What to Expect:
🌿 Qi Gong for Vitality: Learn the art of Qi Gong from two Teachers with Years of experience. Discover ancient movements and breathing techniques that enhance your life force, promote relaxation, and boost overall health and immunity. In this workshop we will focus on the Water element and upcoming Winter.

🎶 Sound Healing Journey: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound. Our sound healer will use a variety of instruments to create a soothing and harmonious atmosphere, allowing you to release tension and unlock your inner potential.

The Teachers:
🧘‍♀✨🧍‍♂️ Ilonka and Roi are Qigong Teachers. For years they have been providing individual trainings and workshops as well as group sessions.
🎵Teo is an Internationally Certified Sound Healer offering individual healing sessions (combining energy, sound, color and vibrational acupuncture) and group sound baths in Amsterdam.
🐉Teo, Roi and Ilonka met during their mutual Journey on deepening their interest and knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine at Shenzhou University in Amsterdam.
