🌹 Heart-Centred Self-Love Ceremony and Sound Bath - Celebrating International Women’s Day together 🌹

✨You are warmly invited to join us for a nurturing and heart-centred ceremony, where we'll come together to celebrate the gentle nature of women, embrace feminine power, and connect through restorative practices that nurture the mind, body, and spirit.

✨This intimate gathering led by Corinne and Teo, will be a celebratory journey of self-discovery, self-care, and deep connection with your own heart.

🌿 Event Highlights

1. Opening Circle with tea serving (20 minutes):
🌹 Welcome and introduction to the theme of self-love and feminine power over a delicious tea serving, in the format of sharing circle.
🌹 Brief overview of the ceremony's structure.
🌹 Grounding and rose protection meditation to bring participants into the present moment.

2. Mirroring your souls ritual (10 minutes):
💖Guided surprise ritual focused on fostering own feminine strength, self-love, compassion, and acceptance, the women being encouraged to connect with their inner selves and reflect on their own journey of self-love, through the eyes of the other and using the power of the voice and the sound of your own names.

3. 🌿 Movement and Heart Meditation (20 minutes):
✨ Restorative Movement: Immerse yourself in gentle and rejuvenating movements that nourish both body and soul.
💖 Heart Meditation and Exercise: Connect with the depths of your heart through guided meditation and heart-focused exercises, fostering a sense of inner peace and strength.

4.🎵 Sound Bath (30 minutes):
🔔Relaxing sound bath using various instruments such as singing and crystal bowls, flute, chimes, and gentle percussion.
🔔The sound bath, a soul-soothing session invites the women to embark into a state of deep relaxation, healing and self-reflection.

5. 🌸 Closing Circle, with Tea and Socialising (10 minutes):
🌀Gratitude for the shared experience.
🌀Brief reflection on the ceremony and the importance of the feminine power and self-love.
☕️ Light refreshments and herbal teas will be provided.
☕️ Opportunity for the women to share their stories and connect with others.

✨A notebook and pen for personal reflections.
✨An open heart and mind.

The facilitators:
Teo – Internationally Certified Sound healer, offering 121 energy, sound, color and vibrational acupuncture healing sessions in Amsterdam and group sound baths/journeys.

Corinne – Healer, Acupuncturist and author of the The Art of Grieving- gentle self-care practices to heal a broken heart.

Price: 44 Euros

Cancellation policy and refunds: Participants must notify the organizers of their cancellation 72 hours prior to the event time to be eligible for a full refund (Refunds will be issued for the full amount paid minus any non-refundable deposit or administrative fees.)

Transferability: Participants may have the option to transfer their registration to another person. Organizers should be notified in advance to facilitate the transfer process.

Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the organizers need to cancel the ceremony, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
