Mindful Tea Ceremony with Zen Meditation + Handpan Sound Journey

We are back to the beautiful tea club in Amsterdam, Moychay again on Sunday, October 22 from 11-13 to share a mindful experience through an ancient Tea Ceremony by Leila with a Handpan Sound Journey by Musician Leela.

For this mindful Tea Ceremony (‘Cha Dao’ 茶道, to experience the way of nature through tea within yourself), your host Leila will present specially selected tea (Shu Pu'er Tea) for the restorative fall season and guide you through a tea meditation that cultivates mindful process and fluid flow in a harmonious atmosphere that brings us together and improves our taste and all the senses, health and soul. You might feel a greater connection within yourself and with nature in this sacred ceremony. Tasty and fresh sweets will be shared to pair with the tea to enhance the senses.

Live Handpan tunes by DJ/musician Leela will create a peaceful yet grounding atmosphere throughout and after the tea ceremony, taking you on a deeper journey to rest and connect.
