Regenerative evenings - Breathwork & Deep Ecology Journey

Our next Regenerative evening will be on 16 May with a Breathwork & Deep Ecology Journey.

Opening up to Life : Join us for a magical evening into the heart of Life & interconnectedness, where the wisdom of deep ecology meets the transformative power of breathwork. In the embrace of our green sanctuary, nestled in the serene expanse of Westerpark, Amsterdam, we invite you to embark on a deep 3-hour journey illuminating the threads that weave us into the fabric of life itself.

We will step into a sacred space outdoors through breath and embodiment practices as we attune to our bodies and the Earth. We will then journey deep within as we dive into a profound breathwork session, where each inhale and exhale becomes a sacred dance with the universe. Shedding layers of resistance and awakening to the boundless possibilities of our interconnected existence. After a moment of integration through rest or creative expression, we will share our reflections, insights, and intentions in a community circle.

Together, let us journey into the heart of Life, where every breath is a prayer, and every step is a dance of gratitude. Join us as we honor our interconnectedness, celebrate the beauty of diversity, and rekindle our sacred bond with the Earth.

This evening will be facilitate by Juliette Westerink and Marjorie Lumet

Juliette is a group facilitator, breathwork coach & trainer at high school supporting kids to use their talents and energy for social change. Marjorie is a mindfulness & compassion trainer, facilitator of the Work that Reconnects & Active Hope and breathwork coach.

To help us plan the evening, please register for a ticket. The minimum group size is 5 people, and the maximum is 10. (You help us a lot by registering as early as possible.) The evening will be in English.

These monthly regenerative evenings are co-creations by various changemakers to inspire the Amsterdam community and support a more wholesome and life-sustaining way fourth. These evenings are an opportunity to share resources, knowledge, experience and whatever one finds inspiring around a theme related to regenerative culture. The aim is to build community, bring support, inspiration, collaboration to support positive change.

You can register to one evening if you are inspired by a particular theme or you can come to all of these.
Please register when possible at least 1 week in advance as we need to secure enough registrations by then for the evening to go fourth.
