Energy Medicine Workshop: Discover your Self-healing Abilities

This 2-day workshop is for you if…

We all have the ability to bring healing to ourselves and others. It is natural for us humans. In the past, we used to be more connected to this part of ourselves, but our busy modern lifestyle has made us forget. This workshops aims to awaken this knowledge in you so you can start using your healing abilities to support yourself and others.

When we learn more about how energy works and how we can work with it ourselves we'll start bringing more balance into our life on all levels – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

During these two afternoons together, we'll develop a profound understanding of how energy works and how to work with it. We'll use an array of different exercises to practice energy work: visualisations, power of intention, healing with hands, working with different energies, special healing music, somatic energy exercises, working on your emotions and more. You'll go home with more confidence in your own healing abilities and a variety of tools to practice healing at home.

In the end of the workshop, you'll receive a special 15-dimensional aura clearing that will help you clean any unwanted energies from your field so you can start this new journey with a fresh and new energy.

Day 1 (June 1st 15:45-19:45)

Day 2 (June 8th 15:45-19:45)

✺ Somatic energy exercise sequence to balance your meridians
✺ Topics:
- What can you do to strengthen your healing abilities in day-to-day life? What kind of things block your abilities?
- Working with different healing energies
- Psychic protection: the unseen world & how does it affect us? What are auric attachments and how do you keep your aura clean?
✺ Different exercises to work with healing energies & strengthen your abilities
✺ Group healing: 15-dimensional aura clearing session to clear unwanted energies from your field
✺ Opportunity to share your experience & ask questions
✺ Book recommendations to deepen your knowledge about energy work
✺ Official closing

In case we run out of time and will not cover all the topics, we'll set up another date to go through the remaining topics online or in-person.

A side note: This is not a certified training (although you'll receive an unofficial certificate as a memory!) but a workshop that will give you a good foundation to start your energy healing journey or to deepen the knowledge you already have. If you want to start working as an energy healer officially, it's recommended to first do a full training in your chosen healing modality.

Titta is an energy healer and an intuitive with clairvoyant (clear seeing), clairsentient (clear feeling) and claircognizant (clear knowing) abilities. She has studied modalities like reiki, 15-dimensional aura clearing, Golden DNA activation, chakra & meridian focused energy healing, somatics and shamanic healing practices. Her methods are a combination of healing methods she's learned from her trainings and ones she's developed herself. She believes we all have healing abilities that are unique to us and we can learn to tap into those abilities more if we develop a better understanding about the world of energies.

In her youth she often felt unwell physically, mentally and emotionally. Learning about holistic healing and energy medicine changed her life and helped her to find balance and health. Now she's passionate about sharing it with others.

↠ Practical Info ↞

This workshop will take place on two consecutive Saturdays, 01/06 and 08/06 at 15:45-19:45. You will have one week in between the sessions to integrate and practice what you have learned in the first session. This gives you the opportunity to ask all the questions that may rise up in the second session.

The location is Karunika Yoga at Meerhuizenplein 11. There are two similar looking buildings, if you face them from the front, it's the one on the left side.
