With the circular breathing method, you can unlock the door to past lives, unprocessed emotions, and even the wisdom of your higher self. Each session is a one-of-a-kind, deeply personal experience that is entirely unique to you. I firmly believe that during our breathwork circle, you will connect with only what you are ready to encounter. The power of this practice lies in its ability to guide you towards what your mind, body, and soul are seeking at that moment.

Safety and integration are essential for a transformative experience. That's why I've designed this circle specifically for women, to create a safe and nurturing space for deep exploration. With breathwork, we can journey into the depths of our soul, which can leave us feeling raw and vulnerable. That's why it's crucial to have a proper integration process in place after the breathing session. This helps to ground us and integrate the insights and experiences we've gained. As women, we understand the power of community and the importance of holding space for one another. In this breathwork circle, you'll be supported and guided every step of the way. Let's come together in Sisterhood and experience the power of breathwork in a safe, supportive, and transformative space.

For who?
This breathwork circle is open to all individuals who identify as women, regardless of their level of experience. Whether you are a beginner or have more advanced knowledge, this circle is suitable for you. As a facilitator, I will provide guidance and explanations for those who are new to breathwork, while those with more experience are welcome to follow their intuition and flow.

This circle will be held in Dutch or English, depending on the group.
