Physiology of asanas

On which level do you practice asanas? Not the physical level, but the consciousness one. There are 6 levels to practice on. Six levels that you will discover during this workshop, and which might drastically change your yoga practice, and your vision of it. To go further into the understanding of your practice, you will also learn the correlation of yoga with your muscular, digestive, and respiratory system.
Be aware that this workshop is designed for healthy people with yoga background. If you have any doubts regarding your health, or have a recent injury, please refer to your doctor at first. If you are pregnant (first and second semester), please inform Marie ahead.
THINK OF: taking your yoga mat with you, any useful props for your practice, maybe a little blanket for the relaxation time, and some water. Wear comfortable clothes!
