CBN - Cacao, Breathwork & Nidra

CBN is a two hour journey into inner balance with three components. We start with a heart activation by drinking Ceremonial Cacao. We then dive deep into the inner world with the breath. Circular breathing is a powerful transformer to move energy through the body. Finally, we integrate the journey with Nidra.

Nick works as a breathwork facilitator with the focus on 1-1 sessions and breath circles. Ellemijn works a yoga teacher, mentor and coach with the focus on healing and transformation.

Contraindications:
If you have a history with epilepsy, cardiovascular diseases or psychosis we would recommend to not participate in the breathing circle. If you have high blood pressure, use any type of medication or you're pregnant please feel free to share this with us beforehand.
