Traditional Kaula Tantra yoga is a three hour practice, that is probably quite different to any other yoga practice you've ever experienced. The emphasis lies on deeply getting to know yourself.
We hold poses for a longer time, alternating we flow into relaxing poses. During wich I take you on a inner journey through breath and visualisations.
For me it's the most complete practice I ever came across.
The practice is usually combined with Soundhealing, Reiki, singing or breathwork.
