Sam started with capoeira with 8 years of age, now almost 20 years later his practices expanded to different martial arts and dance forms.
Believing that our primal needs are fighting and dancing, and that these practices promote healthy bodies as a whole, he teaches different workshops.
Important values are: openness, playfulness, fighting, exploring and expressing oneself.
