My name is Marije Roos,
I am a trainer, mediator and I offer 1-1 guidance using the tools of Nonviolent Communication (NVC).
NVC is a simple tool to create and maintain connection, collaboration and compassion with others and inside oneself.
I create space for our humanness, for pain, (hidden) longings and strength. When what is is welcome, shame, guilt, anger, fear, judgements, to name a few, and we connect with the underlying message it is a healing and empowering experience.
In my groups I work with women, couples, parents on topics of communication, connection, intimacy and sexuality.

Together with my partner we teach a couple course on how lovemaking, self-connection and communication can function as the base of a nourishing relationship. In our courses we focus on how to use sexual energy as a force that can cultivate love, healing and growth.
