Deveza day retreat

Land of Deveza comes to Holland! Well, not all of Deveza, but Deveza yoga and breathwork… Donna and Karin.

Taking time out to slow down, even just for a day, is not a luxury and it’s not just for the holidays. We need to make space for self-reflection, to turn down the noise, to drop into our hearts, and to listen. It’s a conscious choice to slow down so you can be fully present for this incredible and sometimes terrifying journey of life!

Full day, Sunday, 12 February: 09:30 to 15:30. Includes opening and closing ceremony, Yin-Yang yoga, breathwork, lunch, meditation. Price: 95,-
