Freedom - Yin yoga & meditation

In this class we will combine yin yoga with meditation.
The theme of this class will be 'Freedom'.

A fresh new year lays ahead of us.
It's crispy and full of possabilities.

In this yogaclass we will give attention to the places in our body where we feel free,
but also to the parts that could use a little more space.
Setting a beautiful personal intention for this year that's unfolding.
We will start with some freestyle movements, a little dance to enter this year open, curious and free. Followed by a short meditation and a full yin yoga sequence.

The class will be in English or Dutch, depending on the participants
Make sure you are wearing warm and comfortable clothes. We will provide all the yoga equipment, so no need to bring it.
